1-Year Warranty
All JGMAKER3D 3D printers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against confirmed manufacturing and quality defects under normal use. If a covered issue occurs, our support team will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or other applicable remedies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your printer or accessory arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and relevant photos or videos. We will review the issue and help provide an appropriate solution.
